Birds Eye Lowestoft

We are pleased to be working along side Birds Eye in the UK. Birds Eye are one of the leading international suppliers of cooked Fish and Chicken products.

We currently have 6 JIMCO UVC/Ozone systems providing odour abatement across the whole site.Across all 6 JIMCO systems we are achieving between 91-96% odour reduction without the requirement to use a Carbon Catalyst. These really are astonishing results and are tested annually to ensure on going performance.

Elgin Bay currently run and maintain:

4 x FLO-P 100 systems 2 x FLO-K 126 systems

Some of the early systems were originally installed in 2011 and more recently we have added 3 system to treat a new fish production line and 2 new systems to replace a redundant wet scrubbing system.

Our FLO-K and FLO-P systems utilise advanced photolytic oxidation technology to break down organic particles and odours, without the use
of filters or chemicals.

This energy-efficient method reduces CO2 emissions and has earned JIMCO A/S the EU Environmental Award.

More than that, our units contribute to significantly lowering operational costs by eliminating the need for chemicals and filters.
